BURNHAM STATION

The Burnham Station campus is located at the intersection of S Clark Street and W 15th Street, comprising both townhome and condominium units at 47-61 W 15th St in Chicago.  The development is located within walking distance of the Lakefront, Museum Campus and Soldier Field.  Its location is a testament to its namesake, Daniel Burnham, the esteemed city planner, architect, and organizer of the 1893 Columbian Exposition.

The 10 story stair-stepped glass condo building was designed by noted Chicago architect Stanley Tigerman.  Each condo features a private balcony or terrace, many with unobstructed views of the city.  Five separate townhome row buildings complete the campus with 44 units - a combination of simplexes, duplexes, and triplexes.  The campus resides in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood and the City's 3rd Ward.
